Larry Bloom is a real estate professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in real estate. Larry received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), his Real Estate Studies Certificate from the Real Estate Institute (New York University), and is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). 

He is a former principal of Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF), an international accounting and real estate consulting firm where he directed the real estate consulting division for the Phoenix and Los Angeles offices.

• Extensive appraisal review experience with clients including government agencies, financial institutions, accounting firms, and law firms.

• Extensive experience as an expert witness in federal and state courts in real estate valuation matters.

• Retained as a Review Appraiser for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) in regard to many financially troubled commercial properties in Arizona.

• Retained by Maricopa County on a continuing basis as an appraiser and consultant for real estate and hotel properties in the Phoenix area in regard to litigation matters, working closely with County attorneys dealing with complex valuation and legal issues.
