Tammy Gasiorowski is a Senior Associate in the Business Valuation and Litigation Support Group.

She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 1999.

Tammy has performed business valuations in over forty industry sectors for:

• mergers and acquisitions,

• estate and gift tax purposes,

• dispute resolution,

• marital dissolution,

• employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and

• stock option valuation.

Prior to joining Ringel Kotzin Valuation Services, Tammy was a Senior Consultant in the Phoenix office of a national public accounting firm and an active member of its business valuation steering committee. In addition to business valuation responsibilities, she performed litigation support involving forensic analysis and loss calculations.
