valuation for purchase price
allocation and business
valuations for:

previously employed as a Financial Analyst at Reuters StockVal (former
fundamental research arm of Bridge Trading Company/Bridge Information
Systems) at its
Phoenix headquarters, where he was responsible for collecting,
analyzing, adjusting, and restating corporate financial data for
institutional investment firms throughout the United States and Canada.
