The process. While we rely on traditional real estate appraisal methodologies and pertinent market and demographic data, our analysis is further augmented by extensive interviews with brokers, developers and economists to identify market trends and confirm sales comparables.

Since the client  may be the most valuable source of information for a subject property, our appraisers conduct an in-depth interview and preliminary due diligence prior to commencing the appraisal process. Consequently, we are able to render a more supportable, objective, and appropriate opinion of value based on empirical information and extensive knowledge of market nuances associated with real property and its sub-market.

Before we submit a real estate appraisal, we conduct copious research and a thorough review process to ensure that the value conclusion is well documented and communicated to the reader in a clear, concise and logical manner.
